Keyboard keys are changed on my HP laptop after upgrade to 24.04

After upgrading from 23.10 to 24.04, the Up and Page Up are exchanged as well as Down and Page Down. Other keys are not changed. It is only on my HP Elite Dragonfly 13.5 inch G3 Notebook PC. If I connect an external keyboard, the problem is not there.
If I boot another OS from a USB stick (I tried with Ubuntu 22), the problem is not there, so it is not a hardware issue.
Anyone have an idea what is going on?

I see the same problem, also on my HP Dragonfly G3, with 24.04.1. I also see the tab key no longer works.

Any solutions or hope of correction?
