Glitch instalation

Previously, I installed version 22.04 successfully, but after learning about a new version, I uninstalled 22.04 and want to install 23.10. However, when I reached the 'try or install' stage, I ran into a screen glitch. Please help with a solution.

What is the make/model of computer?
What are the specs. especially RAM and graphics card.

It could be a graphics issue but without more information it would just be guessing.
