Question Appearance dock placing over full size windows

Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS, gnome 42.9 Wayland.

Hi all, since a couple of days a windows such as the Firefox browser is sometimes placed below the dock which give an issue, and sometimes as expected above the dock (as expected).
In this screenshot of this thread I am creating you can see it well, its hard to reach the 'Submit new thread' button. I can fix it temporarily by resizing the window, and when I maximize it again than it is placed well above the dock. How can I fix this issue permanently ?

Thanks for your help. Best, Jurjen

I live in gnome-session as a daily driver. But DEV test daily ISOs.

I notice that from time to time. I just either drag the top bar down a bit to restore to a Window mode then Maximize it again. Or since Ubuntu is Gnome based, use the hot-keys <Alt><F5> (restore), then <Alt><F10> (maximize).

This seems to do the trick. After one day of testing it still looks good. Thanks a lot.
