    gzdoom.desktop gzdoom.ini

I lost my originals of these files. I installed GzDoom from deb file. I then copied these files as a regular user to edit on Ubuntu 24.04. The problem is it now prompts for password to open an edit. I changed everything to read and write, but I cannot access security content as it is not known.

How do I convert these files so as to use without password as I did in the past.

PS: I have the images of the files but when I try to upload the only option is to use a URL, not files from my system.

Luck of the Irish. After I changed permissions I kept getting prompt for password, instead I canceled and the files opened, and now I am no longer prompted for password.
