Is it possible t re-open a closed thread?

    https://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2468280

I found out that I can use xsane to scan using the Canon LiDE 700 scanner.

Is it possible to re-open the thread so I can add the finding to the thread.

Thread moved to Forum Feedback and Help

You can make a request by clicking on the Report Post button in a post in that thread and request it be re-opened.
And the staff may or may not grant that request.

    Hello.

Autoclosed threads have to be posted to by a forum staff member in order to re-open them, which is what I've done, and you will now be able to post to your thread. Once you've posted your findings I'll remove my post.

When you post, please include details of the release of Ubuntu you were using in 2021 when you started that thread, and the release of Ubuntu that you are using now that you've solved the issue. This might be relevant for those in a similar situation. Also, any other hardware or software details that might be significant. Thanks.
