Does the Disk Manager see it? Have you tried other USB Ports?

i try with the basic burn option in windows and its dont detect my usb stick.
What does that mean, what "basic burn option" are you referring to?
Post some information on your computer with a general idea of how old it is, i.e, brand new, 15 years old? Does it have another OS on it? If so, what is it and what version. Before trying to boot the USB, did you go into the BIOS firmware and set the boot option to boot the usb first? What is the brand name of the usb stick? Do you have another computer to use to try to boot the usb to test it? Have you tried booting the usb in different ports on the computer? Some computers have multiple usb ports but will not boot from them all.
