Wanted to give the latest Debian a spin so loaded it up in VirtualBox with the gnome desktop default. Once running I installed the budgie desktop which went fine. However, I can not move any existing desktop icons e.g. trash. I also have no ability to save a file or create a folder on the desktop. I installed the gnome tools but still no luck. Any ideas?
