You have Windows 7 in old-fashioned Legacy mode.
It appears that you installed Ubuntu in UEFI mode.

In order to be more robust in the future:-
Back up your Windows personal data.
Windows 7 has reached end of life, therefore install Windows 10/11 in UEFI mode with GPT

When you have done that and restored/checked your data, pop a note in this thread and we'll help you dual boot with Ubuntu.

Be sure to have good backups.

Conversion from MBR(msdos) to gpt totally erases a drive.
Microsoft requires gpt partitioning with UEFI boot and has required vendors to install in UEFI/gpt since 2012. So most systems now are UEFI.

It seems you have installed twice, once in Legacy/CSM mode as indicated at the top of the boot repair output telling you Grub is installed in the MBR of the device and in EFI mode indicated by the output beginning at line 60 showing an EFI partition on that device. Line 101 shows an EFI entry for Ubuntu. So is your problem that you can boot Ubuntu and not windows? If that is the case, the solution is posted in post 2 above. Another solution is to make sure Legacy boot is enabled in the BIOS and delete the EFI partition (sda3). You should then be able to boot Ubuntu and windows 7 from the Grub bootloader. This should allow you to use Ubuntu online and windows 7 locally. You should not use windows 7 online as it has been unsupported for some time and is very insecure.

The suggestion above to use GPT/UEFI is a better option but you will lose all your data unless it is backed up and you will not have windows 7 as the system will lose everything when converting to GPT as indicated above. You would need a newer version of windows or the original windows 7 install media.
