We have been trying to install a printer using CUPS, but get stuck half way. Our printer (an Epson ET-16600 Series) is not listed. There is an option to use a .PPD file, so I thought this would be my best bet. After hours of looking, I couldn't find anything useful. Can someone help me? I'm not sure if it matters, but we are installing this on a Ubuntu computer, version 20.04.

http://download.ebz.epson.net/dsc/se...search/?OSC=LX Epson provides drivers for their kit. Have you tried this?
Hey there! I put a similar post like this on r/printers on Reddit, and got this same reply. They couldn't help me from there, but suggested Ubuntu Forums. I downloaded the drivers, and, first off, couldn't even get them installed, as they wouldn't open..... Besides, I am looking for the .PPD file of the printer, so I can finish setting up via CUPS. If this somewhere in these files, and do you know how I could install them?
Sorry, posted again by accident!
