Friends, I did a fresh install of Ubuntu 22.04 on my Dell XPS 13 9310 (becuase it wouldn't upgrade from the3 installed 20.04). Suddenly, Zoom will not give me the option to share screen with another open app, only the Whiteboard. Zoom support finally shared this: "...Upon checking our resources, Linux sessions utilizing Wayland can only share an entire desktop or whiteboard. In order to share just a specific application, users will need to launch their Linux session with Xorg instead... "On ubuntu 21.04 by default starts with Wayland, but on the starting page, Ubuntu also gives users the option of choosing which display server they want to use (Wayland or X11). Usually, users stay with the default display server. "Please use the latest Linux OS system (fedora 35, ubuntu 22, centos 8 streaming and above). Engineering will remove the restrictions on KDE on Wayland in later release version." Please help me understand how to use X11, as I give a lot of Zoom presentations. Thank you.
