distribution for software

Hello, as I mentioned in the title, I am looking for a linux distribution. Ubuntu has been very hot as a result of my research so far.But of course, I'll just start. Although I do not have command of the terminal, I am not afraid to use it.But I need guidance from experienced people.What I want to do is to create web application with Java spring boot.Which distribution do you think I should choose as a beginner? And why?.My request filter is a

1-) distribution where I will learn terminal coding in an understandable way.
2-) a distribution that comfortably provides eclipse, intellij Idea and extra software driver support.
3-) its community is a distribution that appeals to a wide audience

If you wait use an Ubuntu distro using less RAM and an interface not using much resource try Lubuntu
