A microsoft support site or forum would be the best place to go and if you do so, please post more information there including your hardware, how old the machine is, what exact method you used to upgrade and any errors you received during the attempt.
Make sure you have enough free disk space. Microsoft recommends at least 64 GB of free space for a clean install of Windows 11.
