I think that all of the unknown symbol troubles in your dmesg is related to the incorrect Broadcom driver that we removed. Please reboot and show me:

    Code:
    sudo dmesg | grep ath
"Oh, Ubuntu, you are my favorite Linux-based operating system" --Dr. Sheldon Cooper, B.Sc., M.Sc., M.A., Ph.D., Sc.D.

    This is the output https://ibb.co/sCdFDjD

Re: Atheros Wifi Adapter Issue | Ubuntu 22.04

I suspect that some other wireless driver is interfering. What else have you installed?

    Let's see:

    Code:
    sudo dkms status
"Oh, Ubuntu, you are my favorite Linux-based operating system" --Dr. Sheldon Cooper, B.Sc., M.Sc., M.A., Ph.D., Sc.D.

Re: Atheros Wifi Adapter Issue | Ubuntu 22.04

    Please do:

    Code:
    sudo apt purge backport-iwlwifi-dkms
    sudo dkms remove rtl8821ce/5.5.2.1 --all
    Reboot and show us:

    Code:
    sudo dmesg | grep ath
"Oh, Ubuntu, you are my favorite Linux-based operating system" --Dr. Sheldon Cooper, B.Sc., M.Sc., M.A., Ph.D., Sc.D.
