[IPv6] Invalid /etc/apt/sources.list when network is IPv6 ONLY

I installed Ubuntu MATE 22.04LTS with IPv6 single stack network.
The installation completed, but apt did not work.
    Automatically generated /etc/apt/sources.list defines jp.archive.ubuntu.com.
    This is bad.
    jp.archive.ubuntu.com does not support IPv6.
It should be archive.ubuntu.com or another IPv6 mirror, when network is IPv6 only.

To whom should I send this request?
    Please suggest me.
