Main Complaint: Unable to find LVM VG when booting
Problem Description: The system is unable to fully boot due to not being able to mount the LVM VG when starting up. Attempting to scan the system in the initramfs busybox seems to also not be able to find the LVM VG. Booting the system from a live USB seems to find the VG just fine, and is able to mount it.
