Webcam C920 drivers (?) issue

Hello everyone
I'm using ubuntu 20.04 and have a problem with my webcam Logitech C920. Output of the camera looks like this:

I've already changed the resolution and some parameters with libv4l with the same results.
The camera is working fine on Windows, so I guess there is a problem with software.

I don't see this issue with mine.

Did you look at the system logs for issues?
Which OS?
Which release?
Which program?
Have you tried creating a new account, logging into that account to see if the issue remains?
Have you tried booting from a "Try Ubuntu" flash drive and seeing if the issue remains?

Those are all standard troubleshooting things.
