installition needs java for running

Hello,

I have Kubuntu 20.04, using wine-5.0 and I installed the music notation software Finale 2006 using playonlinux. Then I installed an upgrade, all is working fine so far. Now I need to install a plugin for Finale, this is a msi file. The installation breaks, because the windows installation routine needs java to complete.

I tried to install java but this hangs with a white window waiting for any input. So, I really could use some help. The plugin is for reading xml-files to import sheet music from non-Finale formats.

You need java for Windows also you need the right version.

thanks. I already resolved the problem with a newer version of Finale....
