It seems that this software is listed under the video editing category.
In fact it allows receiving digital terrestrial radios in Europe and I think Australia.
I believe it is useless anywhere else but it is rather useful here and popular as it is available
on Windows Linux and Android.
The USB hardware it uses is very cheap and also used for digital TV and software defined radio.
