When i go to settings-live accounts and try to insert a google or microsoft account i get a blanc page. Imposible to continue. This happens in a fresh installation from an official downloaded 21.10 iso. Installed several times and same error.

Is the OS fully updated? You can check with
Do you use a proxy for web access?Code:sudo apt update sudo apt full-upgrade
