I'm not saying that Edge is a "bad" browser. There is just no justification for me to use it on Linux.
However, if they paid me... I think I'd reconsider.
Brave pays people to look at ads, and it's a Chromium based browser, just like Edge.

I'm sure that there are people who either need or love Windows but nevertheless have a need or desire to run Linux. For them, WSL might be just the thing. It might also be useful for people on Windows who are curious about Linux.

I'm in the same boat. I am an Adobe user, and run a Windows 7 VM for InDesign. Photoshop and Illustrator run just fine in the VM as well.
That being said... Again, specifically with Linux, I can find no discernable reason to ever run Edge.
