    Date format on "Releases" page of Wiki

    I noticed a malformed date format while I've scraped "Releases" page.
    The release date of Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS should be "September 17, 2021", not "September 17.2021"
    in https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases.
