Question about using an Ubuntu feature (system reverting) on Mint

I have Mint 20.2 with root zfs support. This automatically allows Zsys to run, making snapshots every time something is installed or uninstalled. It populates the history menu in Grub. However, I can't seem to revert.

First, the interface is confusing. After I choose which snapshot I want to revert to and enter, I’m presenting with a screen that says '

    Code:
    Linux Mint 20.2 Cinnamon
    Revert system and user data

Either way, whichever I pick first hangs the computer, and I have to reboot again, and nothing is ever reverted. (I should point out that my selection is saved, so the hangup occurs after the reversion has supposedly happened.)
