Grub Problem Updating from 20.04LTS to21.10

Hi, I tried installing 21.10 using a usb stick it installed alright but when I went to boot l got
GNU GRUB version 2.04
Minimal BASH-like line editing is supported. For the first word, TAB lists possible command completions. Etc.
When I try booting from boot manager I don’t see 21.10 just
Ubuntu (SAMSUNG M2VLB512HAJQ-000H1) booting from this also brings me into the above GRUB window.
I managed to get an URL from the grub repair

Tried Grub repair on the command terminal didn’t work out.
Would be grateful for any suggestions

I don't know what that means. For someone with your apparent limited knowledge of Grub, the best thing to do is to run boot repair with the Create BootInfo Summary option. Trying some repair when you don't understand what is happening often makes things worse. The link you posted doesn't show anything as reported in the post above so, do it again. If you can't get that link to work, you could post more info on your hardware and the type of install (UEFI or Legacy) and indicate if Ubuntu is the only OS.
