Systemback Created Installation 10-Day Time Bomb

I've used Systemback 1.9.4 to create a live system ISO and run into a rather strange problem. The system runs live and installs on multiple computers for exactly 9 days. On day 10, the same system will still run live but gives the error when attempting an install, "The system installation was aborted! Critical changes was made to the file system during this operation." I've made multiple ISOs that I and my partners have successfully installed on multiple computers and the installations continue to run on those machines. But on day 10, the installation time bomb goes off on the install media - or, I should say on the ISO, since we've made successive DVDs and USBs from the same ISOs. On day 10 from the time the ISO was created - it will no longer install on any machine. Anyone have an idea what might be the cause and/or the fix?

Re: Systemback Created Installation 10-Day Time Bomb

I don't see any mention of any problems or bugs like that anywhere... But would be interested in following this, as I have installed this and want to use it to create LiveCD's for my own Support LiveCd Distro, the Ama-gi Project.

I see that his last commits at his GitHub (https://github.com/fconidi/Systemback_source-1.9.4), when he updated it for 20.04 file structures. I see his last post on his blog (https://francoconidi.it/systemback-1...-ubuntu-20-04/) as May 2021(?) (In Italian).

Maybe report it as a Bug on his github? If no response there, then after a bit, if no response, email him directly? (edmondweblog@gmail.com)

Like I said, I would be very interested in following the response of this. As this criticially affects what I have plans in using it for.

I have already emailed him and posted on his blog (in Italian - according to Google Translate) and have now followed your suggestion about GitHub; https://github.com/fconidi/Systembac...1.9.4/issues/5

Systemback has been updated to version 2.0 by alien-tec (from Germany). It now includes extra features too like NVMe support and the ability to automatically make ISO files [automatic conversion] and make them larger than 4GB! https://sourceforge.net/projects/systemback-2021/
