Ubuntu gives an error when trying to shut down pc

A week or two ago I had a software update after which sometimes my pc would get an error when trying to shut it down, though now it has become a thing that happens every time I try to shut down my pc, this seems to have something to do with my graphics card(s) as I'm using both my integrated intel hd 530 and rx 550. Need help trying to fix this as I have to force shut down my pc every time this happens.

these links don't seem to have anything to do with my problem and if it does, it's too technical for me and my pc isn't Dell it's custom built
