Question Screen cutoff and navigation problems in Firefox ESR

Hi there, having a pretty big problem I'd say that's stopping functionality within my Firefox that comes with the fresh Debian GNOME installation

I am using a very low resolution monitor because it's an old system, and both of my extensions are unusable because their drop-down menus are larger in size than what my screen can display.

Sorry if this is confusing - please see this attached picture: https://imgur.com/OzMhWue

As you can see on the right side of the screen, the metamask window has options I need to select that are below the cutoff of my resolution but I cannot figure out how to navigate there!

Am also experiencing the same problem in Lastpass

Is anyone familiar with Debian GNOME and/or Firefox ESR? How do I navigate to areas that are being clipped?

Thanks in advance for any help!

    1) Have you set the screen resolution?

    2) Does the "drop down menu" have a scroll bar. which you can't see, but is there nevertheless? What is the effect of using the main scroll bar?
