You have not given us enough information to have even a chance of answering your query properly!
I assume you mean you want to migrate a KVM virtual machine currently available to use in Ubuntu into a VMware machine.
I know nothing of VMware having only ever used Virtualbox and KVM/QEMU but a quick search found https://nixhive.com/how-to-migrate-a...-vm-to-vmware/ which I will have to leave you to look into further and decide whether or not it is what you need.

Still waiting for more information. From what on Ubuntu (Because Ubuntu itself, as an operating system, does not host Virtual Machines qwithout using "something")... to what of VMware's products (VMPlayer, VM Workstation, ESXI, VSphere.... Etc.)
