I am searching for help with a problem that is affecting my system. Increasingly, since I updated from the previous LTS version of Ubuntu to the 20.04, my system freezes without any apparent reason from time to time.
It freezes for 15-20-30 seconds: during this period only the cursor of the mouse is working while all the programs and windows that are open are completely blocked. After this period everything goes back to normal.
It freezes even when I am running very simple programs so I do not think that the freezing is due to an overload for the CPU or the memory.
