Please give us some information to work with.

    • What version of Ubuntu do you have?
    • If prior to Ubuntu 20.04, do you have a 32-bit or 64-bit system?
    • Are you downloading the 32-bit or 64-bit version from Dukascopy?
    • Once you've downloaded it, how do you try to install it?
    • What happens when you do this?

Please remember that we can't see your screen, so give us plenty of detail to work with.
