Ubuntu dual monitor setup

i have made a post on ask ubuntu but dint got any answer how to fix the problem https://askubuntu.com/questions/1352...second-monitor

i have no idea why my second monitor don't display anything, the screen is black but any screen shoot shows that is working. if anyone knows any fix it will by good if not i am going to remove ubuntu. out of the box exp is really bad if dual monitor setup don't work

tryed everything that i can find online nothing works. the HDMI monitor works but DVI don't (in the askubuntu a "wise" guy remove everything to make it look better)

Without knowing the hardware specifications of your machine, there is little chance you will get any sort of meaningful answer.

Please provide.

not sure why cpu and ram matters but i will add them

CPU: AMD A10-7850K(integrated disable bios), 16 GB ram, GPU like in the link AMD R9 380X

inu001, to display your system specs, try this from the command line....

inxi -Fxz

Then display the results between the code tags.
To use code tags, click on Advanced widget, when the Advanced page shows, hover your mouse over the crunch symbol - it will tell you what to do.
