Question Windows Subsystem for Linux communication with Windows

Hi. I do not know it the part is correct for the question. I have to use Real Time Operating System in my application and my application must be on Windows. I heard that I can use Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) on the same PC while I am using Windows App too. I have tried and it is true that I can use Ubuntu terminal on Windows. The question is that can I communicate 2 different application at the same PC but they use different OS which are Linux and Windows. I am totally new to this concept, I am demanding your help. Thanks in advance.

    I am demanding your help.
Asking for help would state it better as 'demanding' help is rude. People here are volunteers. I don't think you understand that you need to go to a windows forum or the microsoft site for help on this software as it is windows software created by microsoft. I expect very few people at these forums use WSL. Try the link below at the microsoft site for an explanation.
