Ubuntu 20.04 LTS and Citrix 21.11

Hi All

I had been using Ubuntu and Citrix combination from last 1.5 years however it started giving problem recently and i decided to move to LTS20.04.

I have installed latest version of Ubuntu and Citrix webspace.

Initially i had a problem where i was not able to make call from MS Teams after logging to my VDI using Citrix. I managed to fix that error after changing some settings in Module.ini

However when i share screen on a call, the screen sharing becomes super slow and almost ineffective.

Is there any other combination of Ubuntu and Citrix i should go for? or if this can be fixed?

Hi All

Settings that i changed was to disableVDWEBRTC which helped me to make the calls but it stops the optimisation and calls become really slow.

Is there any solution for this? i have tried installing lib and other dependencies

Have you contacted Citrix support? They may be able to advise.
