pdfarranger error in 21.04

This refers to pdfarranger version 1.6.2 as provided by Ubuntu 21.04 repos. Importing two PDFs you then want to save as one lets you put in the name you want to call the new document, but then a window shows up saying "only pages can be inserted" and that's it. In short, the program no longer works in 21.04 when it worked fine in previous Ubuntu versions.

Is it possible to move the most recent version of pdfarranger -- 1.7.1 -- into the 21.04 repos? Thank you.

There's been scarce movement on Debian-based package versioning:

Until this changes .... advise you install the newest version from either Flatpak:
https://flathub.org/apps/details/com...rt.pdfarranger

Or the Linux Uprising PPA:
https://launchpad.net/~linuxuprising...ve/ubuntu/apps

A suggestion for you would be to install PDF Arranger as a Flatpak application. The Flatpak is at version 1.7.1
