How to install software from flash drive

I need to install a usb wireless driver on a computer that does not have other access to the internet.

I need to install the driver itself, which is cloned from github, git, and build-essential.

I want to install them from a flash drive that I put the needed files on at home and need to know how to do that.

It looks like I can clone the driver to my computer at home and copy the folder to a flash drive?

How do I do that with git and build-essential?

Do I also have to install dkms? If so, the same question applies.

    Thanks!

    Yours,
    Dora

You can download the debs and install before compiling the driver. Ditto for dkms.
Maybe you can use a temporary internet connection like, for example, the USB tethering that any phone, Android or iOS, can provide and save yourself lots of time and headaches.
