Is anyone get this ? I tried lightdm and it still pops up
I don't understand why you have posted; is this a problem you have of being able to or unable to get screen lock to work, or do you just want to disable it completely? Are you speaking of Ubuntu or one of the other DE versions?

Thank you, I switched to lightdm and then went back to gdm and it stopped popping up.
