To clarify, you want a duplicate launcher on the 2nd monitor. Is this right please?

You can install the Gnome Shell extension "Multi Monitors Add-on" (https://extensions.gnome.org/extensi...nitors-add-on/) to have this behaviour.

I got it working thanks alot. The only thing left is when I Use gestures 3 fingers swipe up and down or ctr + alt + up/down , both monitors work space changing, which I want only the monitor that has my cursor on. ! Any ideas ? thanks
