Hello,

As a web developer I'm using Orca to test the accessibility of the websites that I'm building. Since I'm French, Orca is configured with a French voice (using pico text-to-speech). When I'm on a webpage in English (which is detectable by assistive technology using the `lang="en"` attribute) I'm expecting Orca to switch to an English voice. However Orca keeps using the French voice, making the content very hard to understand, to the point of being unusable.

Am I doing something wrong here? Has anyone managed to surf the web in multiple languages using Orca?
