Font colour in menus and buttons

Some apps in POP OS 18.04 LTS, have a white colour on grey background. Can I change this?

I have noticed this is a few app, one that I use is Contacts when I wish to delete an entry.

you can experiment with different themes. I use chonos which give different colored buttons for close, maximixe, minimize some themes add colors in different ways

Yes thanks I have already tried that. I'm looking for some other option.
