First Cup of Ubuntu
Hi guys, I did a dual boot on my laptop - ubuntu is on the ssd, and windows is on the hdd. Ububtu runs like a dream, but windows is close to unusable. It lags so frickin much! It wasn't like that when it was on the ssd at all! I ran a check on the hdd, and its healthy. Could it be possible that thw dual boot is messing with the work of windows, or should i look for a fault in the OS itself?

No, it's not the dual-boot.
It's not Windows' fault either
It's the HDD, not because there's something wrong with it, but because it's a slow drive (in a laptop very likely a 5400rpm drive, the slowest of all). End of story.
