Downgrade - groovy to focal

tl;dr: how to downgrade from groovy to focal?

Long version: there were some bleeding edge versions of some packages I wanted to try, so I upgraded from focal to groovy. That was a big mistake, as several other things stopped working (e.g. python3-qt5multimedia gives several segfaults...)

Backup and reinstall Ubuntu 20.04.
There's no downgrade possible.
