Hello all!

Is it an inherently bad idea to save a list of authentication details in a .pgp file encrypted using AES256 with a symmetric key (or password or whatever you want to call it). I'm not talking about protecting myself from Europol or anything like that, but something to stop your common or garden variety hacker from posting dank memes using my accounts (or worse still, rubbish memes!). I'm guessing this is something akin to how password managers work anyway?

Any advice would be appreciated!

EDIT: I'd use a strong password
