I have someone with an iMac sitting on my computer

I have someone with an iMac sitting on my computer. I want to get into his or hers and leave a message so they know it is a two-way street. I do not wish to do any harm to the iMac just want them to know to stay away. Does anyone know of a program that I can use to accomplish this? If so can you step me through the process beings I have never wanted to do this so I know nothing on how to?

Why not just enable the firewall - on both systems? Theirs for in AND out traffic. Yours for IN and most out.

Also, what does "sitting on my computer" mean?
