ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS on Hyper-v (windows10) virtual machine cannot connect to local net

If any one succeeded in configuring the ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS or any other version installed on windows 10 Hyper-v virtual machine to connect to another computer in the local network.
A web application installed in the ubuntu cannot be opened in the another computer in the home wireless network.
We have fiber optic internet connection and router for wireless connection to it.
We have tried all the micro soft and ubuntu document for this configuration, but could not succeed

Please help as soon as possible..

Your question is not about Ubuntu, it has nothing to do with Ubuntu and everything to do with the network configuration at the Hyper-V.
