Ubuntu 18.04.5, and Ubuntu 20.04

MPOW EM16 headset

I am able to pair and connect the headset to the 20.04 machine, and listen to music through it, no problem.

I am able to pair and connect the headset to the 18.4.5 machine, but after about 20 seconds the headset disconnects.

I don't know much on this topic. How do I track down what is wrong on the 18.04.5 machine and fix the problem?
