htop does have a man page. Maybe WSL installs don't get the documentation for some reason?

That was my problem.... I started htop in the WSL. I am also running ubuntu 20.04 full version in a virtual machine in Virtual Box.
- WSL with ubuntu 20.04 LTE from the MS Store - has htop
- ubuntu 20.04 full version running in Virtual Box - does not include htop
Just figured that if htop was in the WSL MS version, that it would be in the other... It wasn't. Helps when it's actually installed first...
