There is no "Ubuntu Corporation".
Ubuntu is an operating system produced by Canonical, LTD. It's a very small company with something around 600 employees.
While it is not likely that you will be able to convince anyone to do so unless they already plan to; the bug is a major one; or represents a security risk, the best place for users to get directly in touch with developers would be at this mailing list.
If you simply must have it right now, you can look here.

A thing discovered and kept to oneself must be discovered time and again by others. A thing discovered and shared with others need be discovered only the once.
This universe is crazy. I'm going back to my own.
You can follow the guide of how to make a request and what would constitute a request worth making here:

Don't mind me, I'm only passing through.
Once in a blue moon, I'm actually helpful.
The Flatpak version is LibreOffice 7.0.3.1 - you could install this.
There is also a ppa which I've been using for a couple of years now with no problems. That also provides version 7.0.3.1.

I've had luck chatting with developers using IRC a number of times. Canonical has a number of ubuntu-* IRC channels. In theory, every channel is logged and archived, but last time I looked the archive wasn't available.
