Virtualbox icon on left vertical manual missing

Hi all,

Ubuntu18.04

Just ran "sudo apt update ; sudo apt upgrade" and found the VirtualBox Manager on the left vertical menu missing. Please advise how to get it back.

No idea why it should disappear, but start it from the applications menu (the bottom 9 dots icon I think, though I don't use Ubuntu) and once started right click on the launchbar icon and choose "Keep in Favourites".

It should now show at all times I believe.
