Is that the Snap Store?
Click on the Hamburger (three horizontal lines) icon in the top right and see what appears.
Ordinary User
Is the icon for it "Ubuntu Software" or "Software"?
If you have Ubuntu Software, that's what it's doing right now after yesterday's revision. It's not a problem you can fix.
