Good evening,
My problem is that applications like Geary, Evince and Cheese (maybe all gnome related apps) open automatically on all activities. is there a way to force them to open in a specific one?
Thanks in advance.

What exactly do you mean by "open automatically on all activities"?
I don't use any of those applications on my Xubuntu system, nor do I understand what you're asking.

when i open an application it is supposed to open only on the current activity (ie work, default, maintenance, games) firefox opens only on the current kde activity (default). When i open geary it is displayed on all four activities, as shown in the attachment photo.
Again thanks
Ah, OK.
I think you are talking about workspaces in the DEs other than KDE, though I did not know that KDE calls them activities, and not having really looked at KDE for about 12 years I will have to leave this to others who know the DE batter than me.
