    How install Ubuntu on Ouya?

    Hi there,

I recently found my old Ouya console and I would like to turn it on a mini pc using Ubuntu. I just found a few information on the internet, about some people running Ubuntu 12 on the Ouya. I would like somebody to tell me if is possible to install more recent version of Ubuntu and how, because is not easy as install ubuntu on a laptop. I think the main problem is because Ouya is using a Arm CPU.

Here are the specs of the Ouya:

    CPU 1.7 GHz Quad-Core ARM Cortex-A9
Storage capacity 8/16 GB internal flash memory
    Memory 1 GB RAM
    Display HDMI 1080p, 1080i, 720p
    Graphics Nvidia ULP GeForce
Input USB 2.0 (one), Micro USB (for connection to PC)
    Controller input Wireless controller
    Connectivity Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth LE 4.0, Ethernet port
Dimensions 75 mm (2.95 inch) cube

    Thanks everybody

Ubuntu does have support for arm now, but those specs will be low even for lubuntu. This link might give you a few ideas. https://www.slant.co/topics/5304/~li...m-architecture

Give Slitaz a try. I haven't used the ARM version but the x86 version provides a very responsive system on a low spec machine.
